I have been in the counseling world for over 20 years. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services, a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology, and completed doctoral work in psychology and gender studies. But above all, I value our therapeutic relationship. You should leave every session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful. Every individual or couple is the expert in their experiences, and I am humbled to be able to explore that with you. I also believe that there is a benefit to humor, so when appropriate, I can promise just the right amount of laughter.
